Terms of Service
Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. Tickets may be sold above face value.
Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you will receive 50% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid
for them. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by Ticket Exchange. Online orders placed after 5pm weekdays or on weekends
may not be processed until the next working day. When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are
lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. If a show is cancelled for any reason other than an act
of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout, we will provide a full refund of the amount you paid for your tickets. Any shipping
charges are non-refundable and the tickets must be returned to our office prior to receiving the refund. If an event is postponed the tickets will be
honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you cannot attend the new date of the show, we will accept the tickets
back on a consignment basis only. You will receive 50% of the amount we resell the tickets for, up to the amount you paid for the tickets. In the
case of a rainout or strike, no refunds will be given. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark/stadium for a future game that is still
available. Shipping charges are based on your location and the shipping method. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are
subject to change at any time with out notice. Orders of 2 & 4 tickets are guaranteed to be together unless otherwise noted. All other quantities
may vary as far as grouping. Ticket Exchange will make every effort to group the requested amount of seats together.
